Hi I'm Neska Garcia, a licensed Mental Health Counselor. I have a diverse background and have been in the mental health field for over 10 years, having extensive knowledge in trauma, cbt, and family therapy. My approach I can provide a safe space to help guide and help facilitate change, motivation, and comfort, using cbt, dbt informed, and tf-cbt. My focus I have an extensive history of treating adolescents, adults, and families, who are struggling with depression, anxiety, relationships, and more! My communication style I am easygoing and understanding, providing support to all my patients in meeting them where they are at the moment- taking one day at a time. My journey to therapy I love being a therapist because everyone needs someone… and sometimes it's hard to find that someone. So here I am!
